Surveillance System Site Installation
PIA conducted all on-ground services for the successful delivery of an Integrated multi sensor Defence and Surveillance System, which has been designed by a leading Israeli Defence Company for an Indian Defence end user.
The PIA scope in the project involved the complete PMC services in India for the installation of multiple sensors along with complete infrastructure construction and integration of Command and Control Centres at multiple sites. As part of the project PIA delivered the following scope of services.
Our project services include
- Documentation – Site survey, survey reports, ICD (integrated project control document) and FRD (Facility requirement document) for all project sites.
- Tender and contract management support – pre-solicitation planning, vendor identification and screening, negotiation support, support in contract closure and contract management.
- Project scheduling – timeline & cost baseline and WBS for the Indian contractors
- Risk management – analysis and risk mitigation
- Project execution, monitoring and control of all local contractors and vendors
