Since inception in 2002, we have been constantly expanding into different ventures, based on the founders’ vision for a sustainable growth.
Our ventures were formed in various structures, based on the strong belief in the concept of “always do what’s right, not what’s easy”
2002: Inception of PIA Solutions, Israel offering engineering and management support for leading Israeli defence companies, in Israel and India.
2007: Kicked off independent Indo-Israel activities focusing on Business development and local support for foreign entities.
2012: Formation of PIA Consultancy& Engineering, India, co-owned by Israeli & Indian experts, delivering wide range of project services; Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), project management consultancy (PMC), Business Development and more.
2016: Founded ARM Healthcare by team consisting of PIA founders, and additional sector experts, for the development, set up and operation of a chain of radiology clinics across India, having fully operational clinic in Gurgaon, Amritsar, and presently expanding to multiple locations.
2017: Incorporation of Savitar services Private Limited, as a PIA subsidiary, due to specific market demand. Delivering top level facility management services, as well as logistic support services in India for various international clients.
2017: Formation of PIRONA Private Limited, a cutting-edge design & manufacturing JV, formed between two leading Israeli & Indian Engineering and manufacturing companies and PIA, offering state of the art engineering and Precision manufacturing of Pneumatic and electromechanical components in India.
